      Our reader reviews allow you to share your comments on titles you liked or didn't with others. By submitting an online review, you are representing to that all information contained in your review is original and accurate in all respects, and that the submission of such content by you and the posting of such content by does not and will not violate the rights of any third party.       What to include in your review:
      Please focus on the title's content. Your review will be most helpful to others if you include the reasons why you either liked or disliked the title. Hold your readers' full attention by limiting your review to 500 words or less.

      What to exclude from your review:

      Whenever you place an order with Nick Of, we send out email notifications to update you on the status of your order.

      These communications include:

      • Confirmation that we received your order
      • Confirmation that your order is ready to ship
      • Notice of any other issues we encounter in fulfilling your order
      • If you place an order at Barnes & and do not receive an order confirmation email within a few hours, there is a good chance this email is being blocked by email filtering software.

      This software can be hosted in any of the following places:

    • Is it safe to order on Nick Of Time?  
    • Under federal law, a credit card issuer cannot make you liable for charges in excess of $50.00 that result from the unauthorized use of your credit card. There are similar federal laws that relate to debit cards. Exceptions do apply, and you will have to comply with the rules of your credit card or debit card issuer, so please contact your card issuer for further details.

      If a credit card or debit card issuer assesses you a fee because of the unauthorized use of your credit card or debit card on our site, Nick Of Time will reimburse you for such amount up to $50.00. Please contact our Customer Service for details.

    • Are there any other fees and taxes?  
    • Some products have state and local fees or taxes imposed on them, based on the type of product and where you live. Some fees are subject to sales tax; others are not. Any applicable charges will show on your shopping cart.

    • Does sales tax apply to my purchase?  
    • Where sales tax applies, your online order will show tax applicable to the destination to which your order is shipped, at current tax rates. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states. Nick Of Time is required to collect tax in all states where we have a physical presence. You can estimate your sales tax by entering your ZIP code in your cart.

    • How is the tax calculated?

      Authorization Process

      When you place an order, Nick Of Time authorizes your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. A hold is placed on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled.

    • Tax-Exempt Purchases  
    • If you qualify, there are two ways you can make tax exempt purchases on Nick Of

      • Use a government-issued credit card (government purchase card).
      • At checkout, enter your purchase card info as you would for any other credit card.
      • Then click on the check box "This is a tax exempt purchase"
      • By Checking the box your are indicating you're using a government purchase card, and continue the checkout process.
  • Placing an Order

    • After I've added items to my cart, how do I check out?  
    • Click the "Checkout" button and you'll enter our Checkout process. If you have an account, you'll be asked to sign in, if you haven't done so already. If you wish, you may complete your order without having an account. 

    • Does the subtotal displayed in my cart include shipping and taxes?  
    • No, the subtotal only includes the cost of the items in your Shopping Cart. Shipping charges and any applicable tax will be calculated during Checkout. 

    • How do I add to my cart items from my Wish List?  
    • Your complete Wish List is only visible when you are signed in to your account. To see it, sign in. If you added items to your Wish List on a previous visit but did not sign in to your account or did not have an account at that time, then those items were not saved to your Wish List. 

      To add items from your saved Wish List, open your list and click add to cart button near each item in the list.

    • How do I remove items from my cart?  
    • Simply select item by clicking on the remove select box and then click "Update Cart" button all selected to remove items will be removed from your cart. 

    • How long will items stay in my cart?  
    • Items will remain in your cart for as longer as you do not close your browser and not have your browser idle for more then 30 minutes. Since our prices are subject to change, items placed in your cart one day may have a different price the next. 

    • What is your Shopping Cart?  
    • Your Shopping Cart is a page that functions as the shopping basket for the items you want to buy, displaying all the items you've added to it. You can access your cart by clicking the view cart link found in the shopping cart area on the left side of most pages on our site.

  • Product Information

    Product Availability, Downloading Digital Content

    • Downloading Kindle, Nook, iBooks, eBooks and Audio Books  
    • We current have 10 different tiles available for download on Any digital downloads you purchase are stored securely in the My Digital Library in your account, so you can access and download them whenever you want.

      Most digital downloads can be purchased using "Express Checkout", which lets you skip to fill in the checkout information and quickly buy the digital download using your account. A account is required.

    • How can I find out if a product is available online?​  
    • When you choose a product to view its detail, and based on the product option(s) you choose our system will check if that item option combination is current available for purchasing. If the combination you choose for the item is OUT OF STOCK, a message (seal) will show at the top right corner of the item image.

      You can see a product's online availability in several places:

      • Product detail page
        Upon product option(s) selection an OUT OF STOCK, message (seal) will show at the top right corner of the item image if item is not available.
      • Your cart
        If you enter a quantity bigger then the available stock for item or items in your cart our system will correct their quantity and show a message alerting you about it.
      • Before submitting your order
        When your submit your order, if any of the items(s) in your cart runs out of stock or the item is no longer available, our system will you bring you back to the shopping cart and an alert message will explain the error.

      Important: If an item is sold before you complete the order and it is no longer in stock the item will be removed from your cart.

    • No problem. You can retrieve your password now. Enter your e-mail address and we'll send you an e-mail with a secure link to reset your password.

      For your security, we remove all billing information from your account when we e-mail you the password link.

      Change Your Password

      It's a good idea to change your password periodically. You can change your password on your My Account overview page

      To change your password:

      • Sign in to your account.
      • Go to your Account Overview page.
      • Go to the My Account Access section and change Password.  

      You can begin using your new password immediately.​

    • How do I add items to my Wish List?  
      1. Sign into your account.
      2. Find items you want to add.
      3. On the product detail page, click the "Add Wish Lists" button.

      One thing to note: Adding an item to your Wish List does not hold or reserve the item. And the price on the item is subject to change.

      2. Go to the Shipping Address List and click on the Edit button to change the Shipping Address
    • How do I create a Wish List?  
    • It's easy! On any product detail page, click the Wish List tab and then click button that says "Add Wish List." You'll be able to add that product to an existing list, or create a new one.

      To create a list, you'll need to be signed in to your account. Don't have an account?  You can create one now.

    • How do I find a Wish List?  
    • You can find a list online by entering the person's name. The wish list finder is available at the top of every Nick Of Time website page.

    • How do I share my Wish List?  
    • You can share your Public Wish List with friends and family by clicking on any of the social network or by email look for the icons inside the SHARE IT at the top of the public wish list. To make your wish list public, simply click on the items inside your list you want to make public, and share the list.

    • How Do I Track My Nick Of Time Order

      If you were signed in when you placed your order, you can track your status.

      Here's how:

      1. Sign in to your account.
      2. Under the My Account Overview Menu, select My Orders.
      3. Click on "Track this order".
      4. Click on the tracking number in the "Status" area. This will take you to the UPS or USPS site, where you can see shipping status details.
        Note: To be able to track your orders, be sure to sign in to your account during Checkout.

      If you were NOT signed in when you placed your order, you can track your status. 

      Here's how:

      1. At the top of any page click on the link ORDER STATUS and enter the required information and click TRACK ORDER button.
      2. At the footer of any page click on the link ORDER STATUS and enter the required information and click TRACK ORDER button.
